For those who need a Visa  to enter UAE to participate in the conference, please fill in the visa form and send it back to us (with your electronic photo) along with scanned copy of the relevant pages from the passport

All the above information must be submitted with the conference registration form. We advise all the conference participants to register on time. Early registration and visa application gives us enough time to process the visas.

We urge the entire conference delegates to make the hotel reservation along with the conference & visa registration. Otherwise, hotels in Dubai are very busy and more expensive during the conference date. Call us for better rates.
